Processing & Handling time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped to the email you provided at checkout. If you didn’t receive an email contact us at [email protected].

Digital file orders are fulfilled immediately after purchase, and you will be able to download them without any delay.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping for all orders in the US. For international orders the shipping cost cost will be calculated on checkout based on the country.

Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries:

Shipping Timeline

Our shipping time is 6-12 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. These timeframes are provided by the carriers as general guidelines. For international orders, shipping times vary based on the destination. Please allow at least 20 business days for delivery outside the U.S.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping information as we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

If your order has not arrived in 28 business days, contact us at [email protected]. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. We take no responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during that time.
